  • I meet with clients virtually using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join from your home, office, or anywhere you have privacy. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Sessions work much like in-person therapy — you’ll see me face-to-face, we’ll talk in real time, and I can share resources and tools directly with you.

  • My standard therapy rate is $210 for a 50-minute session.
Comprehensive ADHD & Executive Functioning Evaluations are $995. This includes:

    • A 90-minute clinical interview

    • Standardized testing (about 1 hour)

    • A 30-minute feedback session

    • A detailed written report with findings and recommendations

    • Scoring, interpretation, and integration of results

  • Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis to cover care — even if you don’t meet criteria for one. They may also limit the type, length, and frequency of treatment, and require your personal health information for ongoing approval.
By working outside of insurance, we can:

    • Protect your privacy

    • Choose the approach and timeline that fits your needs (not an insurer’s rules)

    • Focus on your goals, not just your symptoms

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement.

  • I accept:

    • Credit and debit cards (processed securely through my client portal)

    • HSA/FSA cards

    • Flexible payment plans for evaluations (50% due at booking, 50% before report delivery)

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions, especially in the beginning, to build momentum. Over time, we may meet every other week or less often, depending on your progress and needs.

  • I require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate.

  • A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a document that provides you with a clear breakdown of the expected costs of your therapy sessions. It is part of the No Surprises Act, designed to help clients better understand and plan for the financial aspects of their care.

If you are a self-pay client (not using insurance), you have the right to receive a GFE that outlines:

    • The cost of your therapy sessions.

    • An estimate of how frequently we might meet based on your needs and goals.

    • The total estimated cost of care over a specified period of time.

This estimate is not a binding contract; it’s a tool to give you transparency and help you make informed financial decisions about therapy. Of course, the actual cost of your care may vary depending on changes in the frequency or duration of sessions, or if new goals are identified.

The following will also be provided to you in document form when you complete your intake as a new client:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

I am not in-network with any health insurance plans and am therefore considered out-of-network. This means I do not have an agreement with your plan to provide services.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.

If you have any questions about the GFE or would like to discuss it further, I will be happy to walk you through it.

  • Many evaluations are quick screenings that look only for ADHD and don’t explore other possible explanations for your symptoms. My process is comprehensive - I assess attention, executive functioning, mood, sleep, medical factors, trauma, and life history to give you a clear, accurate picture of what’s happening and why. This means you’ll leave with a diagnosis (if appropriate), a detailed written report, and a concrete, personalized plan.
